We have developed the coordination between non-governmental organizations that carry out litigation in favor of victims’ rights. We seek to create a strategic litigation process aimed at ensuring the existence of real justice mechanisms that benefit victims of State crime. This strategy focuses on:
- Identifying mechanisms and practices of impunity
- Promoting international support for the clarification of cases of State crime and the identification of those most responsible.
- Following up on the implementation of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace and the effective access and participation of victims of State crime in the processes being carried out against members of the Public Force (Law 1448, Law 975, Legislative Act 01/2012 and new laws that may arise), and projects to reform the military criminal jurisdiction.
Following up on complaints and criminal proceedings against those most responsible for State crime.
